Preproduction Process
This process starts from the design phase where our graphic designs need to meet the Lithographic printing requirements to give you the best quality prints. These requirements involve giving the right amount of bleed margins, having correct color modes CMYK, keeping the text as vector and black text should be only 100% black. Once the designs are approved we can create a mock-up of the job using the digital prints to give a fair idea of the post-production result.
Post Production Process
After this, we create four separate films for four different colours (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) from these graphic designs called positives which are used to transfer contents on the metal plates used on Lithographic/Offset machines to print the hard copies.
We can guide you with the paper quality and weights available which suits your print jobs and make it cost efficient. These types of jobs can take a while without proper planning but can be quick with proper planning, especially when you have full knowledge of graphic designing and printing requirements.
