Email marketing is a process where we send emails to a group of people with the goal of promoting our products, services and building customer relationships. It's one of the best direct ways to communicate with your customer where the email is addressed to the recipient’s name which gives them a feeling of Personalization.


Here are some key components of effective email marketing:

  • Prepare an Email List of potential customers
  • Campaign Types – The email campaign can be in the form of Newsletters, Promotional Emails, Transactional Emails, Introductory Emails, etc.
  • Design and Layout – The email should be structured in such a way that all Images and text are easily downloaded on the email the color and layout are not distorted when user tries to open the email. It should be aesthetically pleasing.
  • The email should be responsive, meaning it should be compatible across all media types including Tablets, Smartphones, Desktops etc.
  • Legal Requirements - Make sure your email complies with email marketing regulations like GDPR. To comply with GDPR you need to add an unsubscribe link within the email, using which users can apply for un-subscription if they do not wish to get further emails.
